He studied music and theater in Istanbul Municipal Conservatory. In 1982 he began a career in journalism and made various TV programs. He worked in different fields from journalism to distribution, photography to newspaper publishing. He shot over 600 commercials and political campaign films for various companies while making documentaries. She was working in several theatres as a writer and actress during her university studies. She had some works in kids’ literature and after that she started to write for adults as well. She made interviews in Cumhuriyet Newspaper for a long time. She wrote scripts and plays. She received lots of awards from national festivals afor which she wrote and directed the film “Seni seviyorum Rosa/I love you Rosa”. He awarded ‘Yunus Nadi Roman Ödülü’ with his first novel ‘Ares Harikalar Diyarında’ in 1995. He won numerous awards with the films ‘Tabutta Rövaşata’ (1996) and ‘Filler ve Çimen’ (2001).and 'Mud'(2003). He shot in 2006 'Waiting for Heaven' CLOSE
